• Encrypted traffic over HTTPS/TLS.
• Role-based and facility-scoped application access controls.
• Operational monitoring and alerting for suspicious activity.
• Regular security and dependency patching in engineering workflows.

Incident response

We investigate security incidents promptly and take containment and remediation actions. Where a reportable breach affects customer data, we notify impacted parties in line with applicable obligations.
