Terms of Service

Effective date: March 7, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Units. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and use

• You are responsible for your account credentials and authorized users.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You must not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.

Commercial terms

Subscription fees, billing cadence, and plan limits are set out in your selected plan or commercial agreement. Access may be suspended for overdue payment after notice.

Data and liability

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service. To the extent permitted by law, Units is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
